We are currently seeking a driven professional to join us as a Commercial Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Business Analyst to join our team. In this position, you’ll be handling large sets of data and utilizing your Excel skills to support our internal functions, including bid strategy. You will play a key role in compiling, organizing, and analyzing data to help us build accurate pricing models. Your work will directly support strategic decision‑making, customer proposals, and commercial assessments. Responsibilities

• Analyze customer bid requests and match requirements against internal systems and historical data.
• Build and maintain data sets to support customer proposals, QBR sessions, and potential-customer presentations.
• Support commercial strategy decisions by identifying opportunities, risks, and cost-saving options.
• Create and deliver presentations showcasing Incora’s value proposition, including market insights and historical performance.
• Develop and manage Excel-based pricing models using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other analytics tools.
• Work with templates and business case analysis to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
• Facilitates and ensures consistency in data collection, definitions, analyses and reporting.
• Perform other relevant activities to support overall commercial excellence.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in data-related role Procurement, Supply Chain, Commercial Analysis, or similar functions; or relevant education.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Strong Business acumen with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities/projects.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with large data sets.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity and meaningful insights.
• Action oriented and “can-do” attitude.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
