NPI Streamline Physical & System Audit
Description:
Setup monitoring / Tracker for NPI Lot to audit physical vs system.
Scope:
- Engage with different team to establish and generate a tracker to audit NPI Physical lots
- Monitor NPI Lot movement
- Enter Line Walk to audit physical NPI Lot location, engage with NPI team to get input and update for physical locations
- Learn and understand assembly flow from CR1 to CR3
- Coordinate meetings with several stakeholders to progress on the project

- Site PDE
- MFG Shopfloor / Inventory
- OI Team
Deliverables:
- Audit Physical and System of NPI Lots
- Request Lots and Material to the line
- Dashboard / Tracker file that summarize audit Physical vs System NPI Lots
Stretch Goal:
- Include Material Audit for NPI Desiccator
