As our Commercial and Sales Assistant, you'll be the go-to partner supporting our Foodservice Commercial and Marketing leadership teams across ANZ. From coordinating executive schedules and bringing events to life, to keeping projects on track and helping teams stay connected, you'll play a key role in making things happen behind the scenes and in the spotlight.
This is a highly visible role that offers variety, ownership, and the opportunity to build relationships across the business while contributing to the success of some of McCain's most important commercial teams.
What you'll be doing.

• Keeping our Commercial and Marketing leaders organised, supported, and set up for success every day.
• Managing busy diaries, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel across Australia and New Zealand.
• Bringing team events, conferences, workshops, and town halls to life.
• Supporting onboarding, recognition programs, and initiatives that help create a great employee experience.
• Preparing reports and presentations that help teams stay informed and connected.
• Coordinating purchase orders, invoices, expenses, and budget administration activities.
• Becoming a systems superstar across tools such as SAP, Concur, Coupa, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, and Microsoft Office.
• Supporting cross-functional teams with meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and day-to-day business operations.
• Helping create a positive workplace experience through employee events, office initiatives, and team engagement activities.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and make life easier for the people around you.
• Become part of McCain's administrative support community, working closely with Executive Assistants and our Office Coordinator to support one another, share ideas, provide cover when needed, and create a connected and collaborative employee experience.

What you'll need to be successful.

• Experience in an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, Coordinator, Office Manager, or similar support role.
• A talent for juggling multiple priorities while staying calm, organised, and one step ahead.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with confidence working across all levels of a business.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• A proactive mindset and a natural ability to anticipate what needs to happen next.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Experience working within FMCG, sales, or a corporate environment will be highly regarded.
• Exposure to SAP or similar enterprise systems would be an advantage.
• A passion for collaboration, problem-solving, and enabling others to do their best work.

You'll work closely with the Commercial Director Foodservice & QSR, Marketing Director ANZ, and broader Commercial and Marketing functions. This role sits at the heart of the team, connecting people, coordinating priorities, and helping ensure the business operates smoothly and effectively every day.
