About the Role
Fol Management LLC d/b/a Flow seeks Commercial and Corporate Counsel in NY, NY to advise and represent clients in all corporate lifecycle phases from formation, corporate governance to exits; manage due diligence, draft commercial agreements and corporate documents; advise on legal risks across business operations. Foreign language a plus. Require 2 years' previous experience as an Associate in Big Law firms, must have prior experience working with startups, familiarity with tax and data privacy laws.
