We are currently looking for a Commercial Analyst to assist in the monitoring and implementation of the main Commercial Division’s strategic objectives.
What will you do:
- Actively contribute to the preparation of the Commercial Annual Budget, Mid-Term Plan (5-year business plan), and quarterly reforecasts.
- Monitor and analyze the progress of strategic objectives, KPIs, and Commercial Division P&L performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other Commercial departments to deliver timely business analysis and insights.
- Conduct analytical assessments to improve existing business strategies and commercial performance.
- Perform root cause analysis on emerging issues and propose actionable solutions.
- Support the development and optimization of costing strategies across customer segments, identifying opportunities to increase profitability and market share.
- Work closely with Regulatory, Business Development, and Legal teams to identify risks, opportunities, and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Monitor commercial projects related to regulatory compliance, public consultations, and industry activities.
- Track and analyze strategic initiatives focused on cost optimization, margin improvement, and revenue growth.
- Support the monitoring and management of Commercial Division projects.
What you will need in order to succeed:
- A BSc & MSc in Economics, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Around 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Analysis, Strategy, or Finance.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and business planning processes.
- Experience in the energy sector and/or consulting will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of business growth strategies and commercial performance optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Business Intelligence tools.
- Professional level of English language.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects effectively with a results-oriented approach.
