    • Conduct regular financial P&L deep dives on selected partner groups, providing actionable insights for performance improvement.

    Reporting Framework Development:

    • Develop scalable, automated reporting that allow channel and P&L owners to analyse performance and identify trends effectively.

    P&L Performance Communication:

    • Ensure that performance trends related to pricing, digital merchandising, content, and conversion are well communicated, contextualised, and prioritised to drive business growth.

    Collaboration and Action:

    • Work closely with the Trading Squad to identify growth opportunities and ensure these are developed and executed across the business.

    • Collaborate with other teams (e.g., business, product, finance) to ensure commercial strategies are aligned and backed by robust analytical insights.

    Project Support:

    • Provide analytical support for cross-functional projects, offering insights from performance data to shape strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.

    • Contribute to special initiatives, such as pricing forums, new product launches, or partner onboarding, by supporting the data analysis and performance tracking.

What you’ll bring to the team
