Responsibilities
- Build and analyze sales performance data to present data-driven reports and recommendations that guide the decision-making and actions of the sales team, using graphics, visualizations, and other effective means to communicate findings clearly and concisely;
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats;
- Filter and analyze data in a consistent and scalable way, working with a large volume of data to build a solid foundation for decision making with calculated risks - even knowing that not all the answers are in the data and/or that not all the data you would like is available;
- Collect information to find improvement opportunities, including monitoring the impact of training;
- Make recommendations on how to improve results based on data analysis and a deep understanding of how our product and processes work;
- Measure the performance of internal sales areas (KPI's, KBI's, KKI's and KSI's);
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, including website traffic, lead generation, customer acquisition costs, and customer engagement;
- Analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement programs, sales promotions, and incentives;
- Manage multiple requests and prioritize report generation; and
- Drive all actions/initiatives that will unlock greater sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Aligned with PayJoy’s principles and cultures;
- Must have strong commercial acumen with a proven 2-3 years track record of data analysis for sales - it’s a plus if you are from financial institutions;
- Analytical thinking and Problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions for improvement, and to work with large and complex datasets;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels in English and Indonesian;
- Willing to work on-site in Jakarta;
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Data visualization software (Hex, Power BI, Looker, Tableau), Excel and Google Sheets skills;
- Basic hands-on programming skills, added advantage to have one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, PHP, or similar;
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Data Analytics
- Must be detail-oriented, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; and
- Startup experience is a plus.
