Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Analyst to join our team. This role will support commercial performance, contract compliance, and operational reporting, working closely with teams and leaders across Operations, Clinical and Governance.
Ideal for someone early in their career, this opportunity suits a candidate who enjoys problem solving, working with stakeholders, and using data to support decision-making and business outcomes. You will gain exposure to commercial operations, contract management, compliance reporting, and cross-functional projects within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Working closely with our Commercial Director, Contracts Manager & Business Analyst you will:
- Support the monitoring of contractual obligations, performance measures, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track deliverables and support reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel and other reporting platforms
- Analyse operational and performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist with governance, compliance, and assurance activities.
- Support reporting submissions and documentation relating to customer and operational requirements.

A background in a Big 4 or professional services environment would be advantageous, particularly for candidates with experience working across complex contracts, government clients, governance or commercial analysis.
Naturally strong stakeholder engagement skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel will support your success in this role.
