We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and AI-driven Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll help accelerate transformation into an AI-focused company. You will work closely with senior leaders to uncover opportunities where technology and automation can simplify work, reveal new insights, and empower people to achieve more. This role sits at the intersection of the global Commercial Organization and digital execution, partnering with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and translate workflows into clear, actionable requirements. 

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION :

Analytics Delivery & Value Realization 

  • Partner with Commercial teams and IT to design and implement AI-enabled initiatives that enhance performance and accelerate growth across markets 

  • Define business data requirements and validate datasets with Digital for commercial AI applications 

  • Create and maintain data quality monitoring dashboards and reports 

  • Support data validation processes within the AI scope and identify data anomalies or gaps 

  • Design business test scenarios and validate AI outputs from commercial perspective (not technical testing) 

  • Create automated test scripts and validation frameworks for AI outputs 

  • Define quality metrics and acceptance criteria for all commercial  AI projects 

  • Establish continuous monitoring processes for deployed Commercial AI solutions 

  • Lead user acceptance testing coordination with regional sales and service teams 

  • Document testing procedures and maintain quality assurance standards 

  • Investigate and resolve AI model performance issues and anomalies 

  • Support business process integration and workflow optimization for AI implementations 

  • Analyze internal and external data to quantify opportunities, anticipate risks, and measure success. 

  • Research emerging AI tools and best practices 

 

 

Stakeholder Partnership  

  • Collaborate closely with Digital/IT on data collection and preparation for AI model development 

  • Partner closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to understand key challenges in order to identify new AI use cases 

  • Serve as the bridge between business needs and analytical solutions.  

 

 

Training & Capability Building 

  • Promote AI analytics and application literacy across the Sales organization.  

  • Coach business users to leverage AI solutions, applications 
     
     

YOU HAVE  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, finance, Math, statistics or a related quantitative field. 

  • 3+ years of data analytics or business performance experience 

  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights that support sales growth.  

  • Exposure to AI, generative AI, or automation tools 

  • Basic familiarity with Python, SQL, or analytics tools 

  • Experience supporting testing, adoption tracking, or KPI measurement 
     
     

Preferred Experience 

  • Familiarity with cloud analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau Cloud, AWS).  

  • Experience in sales analytics, sales performance management, or revenue operations.  

  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and performance reporting. 

  • Experience with data analytics, return on investment/financial modeling, or statistical analysis.

Pay Transparency

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.

Monthly Gross Compensation Range:

zł13.841,70 - zł28.741,70 Per Month

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.
