JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Review of completed work packages for errors and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Maintain the timely closure and accurate invoicing of open work packages in accordance with contractual terms inclusive of material and outsourced services.
  • Post-check work package reviews identifying issues that impact margin in collaboration with the program managers.
  • Prepare Account Receivable statements and assist the Program manager / Sales representative with the customer communication – collection effort.
  • Performs routine posting in conjunction with accounting department instructions.
  • Assist in the cost effectiveness analysis of projects or services and generate reports on work-order margins.
  • Prepare estimates for labor and materials used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing and scheduling work.
  • Performs special projects and other tasks as directed by the Manager Program Management and Analysis

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, prefer bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to understand, analyze, summarize and document the results of large amounts of data is highly desirable.

Experience:

  • Entry level generally 1-2 years professional experience or less.
  • Prefer 3+ years of experience working within MRO industry in a customer service support role.
  • Prefer a high level of proficiency with MS Office, Quantum, and Lotus Notes.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Assignments require thorough knowledge in technical and specialty area and in all possible tasks and responsibilities of the job function.
  • Role takes leadership for applying new processes and skills to improve the operations status quo.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems and being an example with respect to maintaining files and records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact in a proactive, customer service manner with customers during stressful situations.

  • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA, State and Federal regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and different shift(s) if required, including weekends and nights
