Job DescriptionWorking closely with the Commercial Team, supporting both our Planned Civils works and NSA Contract, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting commercial operations across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining the Planned Commercial inbox
- Maintaining and updating key KPI trackers, including:
- Change Control Logs
- Revenue Trackers
- Forecast Sheets
- Carrying out auditing duties, including:
- Final account substantiation audits
- Monthly application audits across Planned Civils and the NSA Contract
- Issuing call-off subcontract documentation to key suppliers across the NSA Contract
- Providing general administrative support across the Commercial Department
