We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a Commercial Accounts Representative with experience in efficiently managing, reporting and scheduling the inventory and sale of vehicles through OPENLANE’s platforms. As the Commercial Accounts Representative, you will be crucial in customer inquiries.
You Are:
Detail Oriented. Ensure sales vehicles meet account specifications.
Customer-Focused. Provide prompt, courteous service and resolve customer issues in a friendly manner.
Adaptable. Demonstrate flexibility in handling changing work environments.
Proactive. Identify and address areas of concern, involving leadership as necessary.
Collaborative. Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to identify and address concerns.
You Will:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting commercial clients with various procedures and requests in an efficient and timely manner, including through electronic communication channels (ie CMS, RepoHighway, Portal)
Ensure customer satisfaction by communicating with customers; identifying & resolving issues in a timely manner
Coordinate administrative tasks for commercial vehicles, ensuring title management, and/or eBusiness processes are completed in accordance with company procedures
Review vehicle status, including pre-sale mechanical or reconditioning work, winterization, de-decaling, are completed in line with SLAs
Review vehicle inspection data and ensure necessary declarations, disclosures, lights, and notes are accurate
Generate/prepare reports by gathering data from computerized systems (i.e. inventory reports and sales summary)
Manually or electronically enter new data in an accurate and timely manner, including vehicle information, registrations and other documents
May be required to process cheques, file sales transactions, balance & transmit sale reports & EFT wire transfers to other systems
Support National Commercial Account Managers and Representatives with other administrative tasks related to remarketing commercial vehicles
Must Haves:
High School diploma or equivalent experience / education
1-2 Years’ of related experience in an administrative capacity
Tech-savvy, and comfortable using Google Suite
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
Nice to Haves:
Experience with AMS, VTrace, and other OPENLANE systems
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
