Overview:
The Commercial Account Executive is responsible for managing a high volume of smaller customer accounts. This role focuses on renewals and expanding existing business within a transactional sales model. While primarily focused on renewals, the Commercial Account Executive will also handle some new business requests.

Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of 70+ customer accounts
Drive renewals and identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
Respond to and manage new business requests within assigned accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in sales, business development, or cold calling is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Motivation to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Understanding the analytics marketplace – Jaspersoft, traditional business intelligence vendors, and other analytics tools in particular – is desirable but not a must.
Strong team-selling skills
Outgoing personality, entrepreneurial mindset
Experience in commercial open-source advantages
Fluent in English required; other European languages are beneficial
