Descripción del Puesto/de la Posición   

Como Commercial & Access Manager, tu principal responsabilidad es el liderar la estrategia y ejecución comercial, impulsando el crecimiento rentable del negocio. Tendrás directamente liderazgo del equipo de AMs y KAMs a nivel nacional para Salud femenina, así como de las dinámicas comerciales del negocio de marcas establecidas (cardiología & dolor). Diseñarás la estrategia para potenciar el negocio de nuestros socios comerciales.

 Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar estrategia y ejecución comercial y de acceso de la Unidad de Negocios de marcas establecidas: Cardiología, dolor, Migraña y anticonceptivos.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar planes estratégicos para alcanzar las ventas y el crecimiento esperado, conducir las actividades internas de los equipos de Account Managers, gestionar e impulsar las campañas de marketing localmente.
  • Responsabilidad sobre el proceso de BackOffice, asegurando la eficiencia administrativa, de cobranza y facturación en colaboración.
  • Gestionar las altas de clientes y documentación de licitaciones.
  • Asegurar un relacionamiento estratégico y la presencia con clínicas, hospitales, IPS, operadores logísticos y gestores farmacéuticos impulsando las ventas en el sector.
  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y mercados potenciales.
  • Desarrollar y acompañar la implementación de acuerdos de riesgo compartido
  • Gestionar negociaciones comerciales con operadores logísticos, farmacias, instituciones y actores clave del mercado.

Educación, Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas  

  • Educación universitaria concluida como profesional en Ciencias de la Salud, Economía, Administración o carreras afines.
  • 3+ años en rol similar que conjunte las responsabilidades de Acceso y Comercial ó 3+ años de experiencia previa como responsable de cada función.
  • 3+ Años de experiencia específica en negociación con EPS y operadores, enfocado en medicamentos vitales.
  • 3+ Años de experiencia gestionando un equipo de 3 reportes directos (Reportes directos, no consideran Contractors, Becarios o personal tercerizado mediante algún outsourcing)
  • Inglés Avanzado, con capacidad para tener conversaciones de negócio.
  • Conocimiento sólido de los canales de distribución nacionales.

Skills Required

  • University degree in Health Sciences, Economics, Administration, or related fields
  • 3+ years in a similar role combining Access and Commercial responsibilities
  • 3+ years of experience negotiating with EPS and operators focused on vital medications
  • 3+ years managing a team of 3 direct reports
  • Advanced English with business conversation capability
  • Solid knowledge of national distribution channels
