We are looking for a sales person that is purely customer oriented to offer them the fastest delivery in the market within 30-60 minutes using Wolt Drive which is delivery-as-a-service. You will have a chance to not only make restaurants life easier but also shape retail q-commerce with ultra fast deliveries for all of the segments: from flowershops to groceries and electronics offered directly from their e-commerce channel.

What you’ll be doing
  • Identifying potential partnerships and contacting restaurant and retail partners for Wolt Drive (delivery-as-a-service) and Wolt Storefron (Online-ordering) sales.
  • Systematically managing the pipeline of new potential partnerships & executing given pipeline.
  • Understanding venue performance in order to set profitable business terms and conducting negotiations regarding partnership terms.
  • Creating a strong communications loop alongside the Development Manager and other Teams in Wolt.
  • Making sound business decisions by supporting intuition with data.
Our humble expectations
  • Solid experience from a previous sales role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience. 
  • Strong analytical experience and specific knowledge of analytical dashboards - for example, Looker or Power BI.
  • Structured, detailed and service-oriented.
  • Fantastic communication skills; you should be comfortable speaking with a wide range of different customers and stakeholders and know how to adapt your approach accordingly. 
  • Passion for food and developing the best restaurants in town.
  • Experience from working with a SaaS sales or gastronomy business is a plus.
  • Fluent in Polish, and English.


Compensation & Benefits for Poland

The total target compensation (On-Target Earnings) for this role is 8992 PLN - 12846 PLN gross per month. The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
