Overview:

Manages the development, coordination and implementation of projects and campaigns. Engages with clients to determine marketing needs and communicates project status regularly. Timely execution of projects and campaigns directly impacts the Agency marketing goal for TD SYNNEX Agency, Product Marketing and Vendor Marketing. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:

Serves as single point of accountability for the management, implementation and execution of one or more projects. (55%)

Works in alignment with Event Planners to plan, prepare and execute on single and multi-day events. Preparation includes managing agenda and creative deliverables. On-site support includes engagement with vendors/customers/sales and execution of event activities. (15%)

Regulates and monitors budget for annual programs, campaigns, and individual activities to ensure budget accuracy, slotting and profit attainment to reach companies revenue and profit goals. (15%)

Engages in client conference calls. (5%)

Leads discussion and collaboration of annual marketing program creation. Involves leading meeting series, design of marketing activities and build of marketing budget, which includes more than 50 vendors accounting for 30% of annual marketing spend (10%)

Qualifications:

Experience:

3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree with Marketing/Advertising/Project Management Field of Study preferred.

Bachelor's Degree with Marketing field of study required.

Working Conditions:

Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

Professional, office environment.

Some travel required.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

Able to use a 10-key quickly and accurately.

Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.

Possesses strong data entry skills.

Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Able to be immobile for long extended periods.

Ability to transport 20 Lbs.
