Job Description:
A Collections Specialist is responsible for assisting in cash applications, daily collections and responding to customer requests. They help us by ensuring Pluralsight receives payments for goods and services while maintaining outstanding customer service.

What you’ll do:

Learn and use daily collections and accounting systems
-
Track unpaid invoices and follow up regularly with customers for payment, and coordinate with sales reps as needed
-
Correspond regularly with sales reps regarding questions on invoices and customer requests
-
Apply payments received to outstanding invoices
-
Monitor and respond promptly to the constant inflow of e-mails to AR inbox and other communication channels
-
Prepare AR Aging reports for weekly meetings with AR team and leadership
-
Coordinate with customers and sales reps to send invoices and receive payments through EDI (electronic data interchange) as necessary
Experience you’ll bring:
-
Professional work experience of 6 months- 1 year in Account Receivable is preferred.

Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Tesorio, Hiver or other accounting systems is a plus
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree as a minimum qualification is mandatory.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
