As a Trading Services Collateral Services Operations Associate in Trading Services Collateral Services Operations Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of operational service levels for our Collateral Services business. You will work closely with stakeholders to enhance client experiences and drive operational improvements. You will have a unique opportunity to be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Job responsibilities
- Lead, manage and maintain operational service levels for clients.
- Manage incoming and outgoing client queries related to the end-to-end Collateral Management function.
- Own operational escalations from identification through to remediation.
- Utilize available data to provide meaningful analysis to clients to highlight areas for improvement within their operating model.
- Train clients on self-service portals and provide education on reporting suite.
- Partner with Relationship Management teams to deliver Client Service reviews and Due Diligence workshops.
- Develop an excellent network of internal stakeholders across the business to assist clients in navigating the Firm.
- Work directly with Onboarding for all incremental on-boarding and off-boarding, ensuring key tasks such as entitlements, reporting, and instructions to the Collateral system are timely and accurate.
- Own the Change Management agenda for client requests for product and/or reporting enhancements, changes, or additions. Drive for a consistent support model across clients (limit bespoke processes).
- Facilitate regulatory and business notifications and mailings through Client Newsflash emails.
- Review client reporting to ensure it is in line with trends and expectations.
