Job Description:
- processing internal and external payment
- participating in VOG (Value of Goods) shipment's' remittance process
- controlling the accuracy of shipments delivery
- cooperating with other financial and non-financial departments like GL, AP, AR , ICRIS
- overseeing and maintaining the flow of information
- ensuring an adequate level of customer service internal and external
We expect from applicants:
- Good level of English
- Good level of French
- Knowledge of accounting basis
- Key entry accuracy
- Customer service oriented
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Time management skills
- Very well organized
- At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
