Key Responsibilities:
As a People & Culture Intern, you will support the development and execution of HR initiatives that contribute to a thriving work environment. You will work on talent attraction, learning & development, talent management, employee engagement and HR strategy & analytics efforts that help us build a winning team across Europe.

Assist in the employer branding, recruitment and onboarding process for new talent.

Support employee development programs, including learning and career growth initiatives.

Work with country teams on initiatives to improve workplace culture.

Assist with performance management processes

Help analyze People & Culture data and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Support in shaping and executing strategic HR projects.

Work closely with the broader P&C community and the business t to ensure alignment between P&C initiatives and company goals.
Requirements:
-
Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master’s student, completing a master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.

Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in Germany. No visa sponsorship is provided.

Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st 2025 and commit to 36.25 hours/week for a 9-12 month internship.

Language: Fluency in English and German (with strong verbal and written communication skills)
