Job Description

This critical leadership role will be focused on driving partner-based credit card growth across our enterprise. This executive will manage a number of U.S. Bank’s cobrand partner relationships, focusing on growing the business, delivering exceptional customer experience, and enabling mutually valuable relationships with our co-brand partners.

This leader will work directly with co-brand partners to develop and execute strategic plans, create world-class customer service experiences, ensure seamless partner integrations, lead executive-level discussions, and coordinate all internal and external activities associated with managing the portfolio. The leader will effectively lead internal cross functional teams to drive these initiatives.

This executive will continually monitor the effectiveness of our products, service delivery, and customer experience driving internal and external changes to ensure world-class positioning in the card industry. This leader will be responsible for continued growth and profitability across payments for consumer and small business.

  • Engaging U.S. Bank colleagues, including enterprise leadership, in a dialogue to gain commitment and support for the business, its strategic priorities, and the necessary investments required to achieve both financial and operational objectives.
  • Using well thought out influencing strategies, adapted to U.S. Bank's organization, people, and each specific situation.
  • Taking initiative to systematically build and maintain relationships and support at multiple levels, across businesses, functions, and regions.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $205,650.00 - 251,350.00
