AL CO2 Europe SA, filiale à 100% du Groupe Air Liquide, réunit les activités de production et de distribution du CO2 en Europe et définit la politique commerciale du CO2 sur cette zone. Cette société compte 12 usines de production réparties sur 8 pays et sert près de 3 000 clients, de l’industrie agro-alimentaire au secteur du transport.

Leading all site activities on a daily basis as well as mid- term and long- term plans (HSEQ,operation,maitenance), operates industrial assets safely and at the required level of reliability in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and the level of fixed profitability.
He/she guarantees the conformity of the site and its proper operation according to the regulations and defined rules, as well as the health and safety of the staff.
Main Accountabilities
Safety
- Commitment to AL Safety Policy, zero accidents on site
- Deploys, manages and monitors the ALCO2 HSEQ policy, in coordination with the HSEQ Department
- Ensures regulatory compliance of the site
- Represents the company in front of various Authorities and Administrations
- Maintains all necessary licenses and permits
- Organizes and controls the right application of the SOP on site
- Provides all regulatory trainings and maintains documentation
- Organizes reporting and investigations of all incidents and ensures corrective actions are completed
- Maintains warehouse "housekeeping" and standards
- Ensures that all safety and environmental plans are followed and respected
- Ensure the relevant reporting in HSE domain according to regulatory as well as to ALCO2 requirements
- Organizes and maintains the compliance to Idustrial Management System (IMS) of AL Group
- Organizes and leads Crisis Management.
Operations
- Coordinates production and maintenance activities, TARs and makes decisions in respect of safety, reliability, production plan and cost efficiency
- Organizes the on-call duty and participates in it
- Participates in the development and fulfill of OPEX and CAPEX budget relating to site and monitors them
- Deploys and communicates the national roadmap (industrial programs, efficiency, reliability, etc.)
- Releases the produced CO2 following the requirements defined in the Food safety management procedures (FSSC 22000)
- Represents the company in front of raw gas suppliers
- Ensures operational efficiency and cost factors
- Checks and follows up on performance indicators and makes sure that productivity goals are met
- Suggests means of improving processes and performance indicators
- Takes part in projects or technical development studies
- Investigates production and quality problems, makes sure that products respect specifications and that necessary quantities are available for customers
- Organizes and controls the right application of the SOPs on site
- Ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are followed and respected by employees
- Ensures the good functioning of Industrial management System and the respect of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards
- Maintains continuous improvement along all processes (MOC, GYM, RCA, SIO)
- Ensures timely and accurate reporting about incidents/accidents and non-conformities (products)
- Performs analysis of reliability events (RCA), defines and follows relevant action plans
- Ensures the required production reporting according to the group and ALCO2 requirements
- Ensures execution of reliability improvments and programs such as CSP, VS, SCORE
- Ensures training and required qualification of personel
Team management
- Promotes a good social climate on the site
- Manages a team of 3 people
- Conducts yearly individual interviews, provides feedback, participates in the performance review and the merit plan for his/her team
- Evaluates team members' skills, conducts the regulatory trainings plan and issues authorizations
- Develops and leads the team by ensuring training and coaching to improve performances.
The employee may be temporarily assigned additional functional duties within his competence and qualification on prior written agreement with him.
Participates in local on- duty organization
- The function may cover the responsibility for managing a remote liquid CO2 depot and/or a raw gas or liquid CO2 transport pipeline
Etes-vous LA personne faite pour ce poste ?
Education : Degree in Engineering, Process, Operations Management, or a related field
Work Expérience : Relevant experience in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of CO2 or Air gases purification and liquefaction processes end its mplementation
