The Payroll Associate manages end-to-end payroll processes, ensures accuracy in payroll files, processes invoices, resolves inquiries, and maintains client relationships.

Do you have experience managing end-to-end payroll processes for U.S. in companies with over 1,000 employees? At Job&Talent, we're looking for you!

Collecting and verifying payroll files and employee data, ensuring accuracy.
Processing multi-branch and multi-state payrolls accurately while meeting strict deadlines.
Process client invoices on a weekly basis ensuring accuracy of all hours and rates billed.
Answering payroll inquiries and resolving issues.
Manage a large volume of unemployment claims, including claim responses and hearings.
Respond to client inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
Complete verifications of employment, child support orders and garnishments.
Assist management with various projects as needed.
Build and maintain positive relationships with departments and clients.

Job Requirements:

Two years of payroll experience with U.S. payroll.
Proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace.
Proficiency with English.
Must have a high attention to detail with strong organizational skills, problem solving skills, time management and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to work independently and as part of the payroll team to meet deadlines.
Must be flexible and able to work in a changing environment.
