ARSIEM is currently looking for a CNO Developer to develop CNO capabilities. The position will support one of our Government clients in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Develop Windows components and capabilities
- Develop new and maintain/enhance existing dataflow plugins.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ (SD1) or 6+ (SD2) years experience developing software solutions in Java
- Solid grasp of CNO concepts
- Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features
- Write or review software and system documentation
- Labor Category Requirements: Software Developer III
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience programming with object-oriented programming languages.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR a minimum of five (5) years of experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments.
- Experience developing complex programs using, C, C#, C++, Java, or other comparable languages
- Minimum three (3) leading projects that develop complex software, ensuring a collaborative environment, and configuration management, and Experience implementing software life cycle management (requirements, design, develop, test, validate, deploy)
- Labor Category Requirements: CNO Analyst/Programmer I
- Minimum five (5) years experience in a commercial or academic field of computer science, information systems, or network engineering
- Minimum one (I) year of experience programming in Assembly, C, C#, C++, Java, Perl, or Python
- Minimum one (1) year experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum one (1) year experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments
- Familiarity with software version control tools (i.e., Subversion, CVS, etc.), D Able to debug software and troubleshoot issues
- Labor Category Requirements: CNO Analyst/Programmer II
- Minimum eight (8) years experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering
- Minimum six (6) years of experience programming in Assembly, C, C#, C++, Java, Perl, and Python
- Minimum five (5) years experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum five (5) years experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments.
- Labor Category Requirements: CNO Analyst/Programmer III
- Minimum ten (10) years OF experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience programming in Assembly, C, C#, C++, Java, Perl, and Python
- Minimum five (5) years experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum five (5) years experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments.
Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
