Available Shifts
2nd Shift
- Monday through Thursday
- 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM
Weekend Shift
- Friday through Sunday
- 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Work only 36 hours and get paid for 40!
What You'll Do
As a CNC Router Operator, you'll manufacture high quality products using advanced CNC equipment while learning valuable manufacturing skills. Every day is different, and you'll have opportunities to cross train and expand your knowledge.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up and operate CNC router equipment safely and efficiently
- Read production schedules and job specifications
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
- Package finished products for shipment
- Operate material handling equipment including jib cranes, conveyors, and lift tables
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support other production areas through cross training
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people with a great attitude who want to learn and grow.
Ideal candidates have:
- 1 to 3 years of CNC experience or 3 to 5 years of manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail
- A safety first mindset
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment
- Flexibility to cross train and learn new skills
- Forklift experience is a plus, or we'll help you become certified
