What Success Looks Like:
- Set up, operate, and program CNC machines
- Create and optimize programs using Mastercam (CAM software)
- Read blueprints, 3D models, and GD&T to plan machining strategies
- Choose tooling, speeds/feeds, and workholding for efficient production
- Perform full machine setups (fixturing, probing, tool setting)
- Inspect parts and materials using precision measuring tools
- Maintain equipment and workspace; assist with toolroom machines and team collaboration
What You Bring:
- CNC machining and programming experience required (Mastercam preferred)
- Ability to read complex blueprints and perform full setups independently
- Strong understanding of G-code, toolpaths, and machining fundamentals
- Proficient with precision measurement tools and inspection processes
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
The hourly range for this position starts at $27/hr.
