Estimated hourly base pay:
Level II: $31.25 (minimum) - $40.38 (midpoint) - $50.00 (maximum)
Level III: $37.02 (minimum) - $48.08 (midpoint) - $59.13 (maximum)

Level II:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop CNC Programs: Writes and optimizes multiaxis CNC code using CAD/CAM software to produce complex, precisionmachined components.
Conduct Program Validations: Performs dryruns and simulations to verify tool paths, confirm machining parameters, and ensure errorfree execution.
Troubleshoot Machining Issues: Analyzes production data and part defects to identify root causes and implement corrective toolpath or fixture adjustments.
Mentor Junior Programmers: Provides subjectmatter guidance to lessexperienced team members on programming techniques, best practices, and process improvements.
Drive Process Improvements: Proposes and implements enhancements to programming workflows and tooling strategies to boost efficiency and reduce cycle times.
