We’re looking for a CNC Lathe Machinist who knows their way around a machine and can take a job from setup to finished part.

You’ll work with a variety of materials including copper, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and Delrin—so you won’t be doing the same thing day after day.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Set up and operate CNC lathes
  • Edit programs directly from machine controls
  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy
  • Inspect finished parts and verify dimensions
  • Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
  • Keep production moving while maintaining high-quality standards

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • CNC lathe machining experience
  • Strong setup and machine operation skills
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Comfortable editing programs from the controls
  • Experience using micrometers and calipers
  • A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to producing quality parts
