Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand, is seeking an experienced 2nd shift CNC Grinder (Machine Operator) to join our team.
Pay Range of $20.25/hour to $21.50/hour based on experience with overtime opportunities
Additional $2.00/hour 2nd shift differential

As a CNC Grinder (Machine Operator), our mission is to produce precision components by operating CNC centerless grinding equipment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation – Operate CNC centerless grinding equipment while adhering to production requirements, quality standards, ISO 9001 guidelines, and established work procedures.
- Blueprint & Process Interpretation – Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions to verify work requirements and support the production of quality components.
- Precision Inspection & Finishing – Perform in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring devices. Identify defects and perform deburring and finishing operations as required.
- Production Support – Move completed materials to the next stage of production, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and support continuous improvement, quality, and operational excellence initiatives.
Education and Experience
- 1+ years of machine operator experience on an CNC grinder or centerless grinder.
- Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions.
- High school diploma or GED; strong math and blueprint‑reading skills.
- Ability to read and utilize measuring devices, including micrometers and calipers.
- Working knowledge of grinding parameters, including wheel speeds, feed rates, and maintaining dimensional tolerances.
