Hillview Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. As a CNA, you'll play an essential role in providing exceptional resident care while building meaningful relationships with those you serve.

• Full-Time Days: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Full-Time Evenings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Full-Time Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

CNA wages based on verified experience:

• Less than 2 years: $17.00/hour

• 2 years: $18.00/hour

• 3 years: $19.00/hour

• 4 years: $20.00/hour

• 5+ years: $21.00/hour

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and dignified resident care

• Assist with transfers and repositioning

• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team

• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare

• Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

• Collaborate with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional resident-centered care

• Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic

• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required

• New graduates and newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply
