Wabash Senior Living & Rehabilitation is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. As a large skilled nursing facility with in-house therapy services and a dedicated memory care unit, we offer a supportive, team-oriented environment where your work truly makes a difference every day.

Full-Time Day Shift CNA
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Full-Time Night Shift CNA
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

OR

Full-TIme Evenings CNA

Schedule: 2:00PM - 10:00PM 

Full-Time Days CNA 

Schedule: 6:00AM - 2:00PM

• Less than 1 year: $17.00/hour

• 1 year: $18.50/hour

• 2 years: $19.50/hour

• 3 years: $20.50/hour

• 4 years: $21.50/hour

• 5 years: $22.50/hour

• 6+ years: $23.50/hour

• +$2.00/hour Night Shift Differential

• +$2.00/hour Weekend Differential

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and mobility

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence

• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation

• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team

• Complete accurate and timely documentation

• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors

• Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic

• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required

• New CNAs are welcome and encouraged to apply
