Position Title: CMM
Area of Requirement: Camp Zama, Japan
Scope:
Acts as the single point of contact for Government with full authority over daily O&M activities.
Duties:
- Directs all operations and maintenance functions at MEDDAC-Japan Camp Zama MTF.
- Coordinates with KO/COR and ensures compliance with TJC, NFPA, OSHA, UFC, and host-nation standards.
- Supervises workforce and subcontractors for service delivery.
- Provides immediate resolution for emergencies and government concerns.
- Prepares reports, tracks performance metrics, and maintains required documentation.
Mandatory Experience & Certifications:
- Minimum three years’ experience in healthcare facility operations and maintenance.
- Minimum five years’ experience servicing or renovating commercial buildings with supervision of diversified workforce.
- Knowledge of TJC, NFPA, EPA, OSHA, and UFC standards.
Preferred / Desirable Certifications:
- ASHE Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM).
- PMP or equivalent program management certification.
Language Proficiency:
- English – Level III proficiency (advanced).
- Japanese – Level III proficiency (advanced)
