Job Title: CMM Programmer
Hours: 1st shift (flex start time)
Location: Hanover Park, IL
Hourly Rate: $35-40 an hour

Qualifications- Minimum 5 years experience programming CMM’s
- Familiarity with Zeiss Calypso software
- Ability to read and interpret blue-prints and have a strong working knowledge of GD&T
- Strong problem solving skills
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills
- Experience with manual inspection devices such as; micrometers, bore, thread, profilometers and pin gauges..etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong math skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write and revise CMM programs based on engineering drawings and models
- Work on Metrology related projects
- Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve measurement related issues
- Help troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance and OEM
- Collaborate with other programmers implementing best practices
- Support production
