Program and revise CMM routines using engineering drawings and models, perform metrology projects, collaborate with engineering and production to resolve measurement issues, troubleshoot equipment with maintenance/OEM, implement best practices with other programmers, and support production inspection activities.

Develop and launch 4/5-axis machining processes from workholding design through CAM programming and simulation. Collaborate with QC on inspection processes and support shop floor personnel during part launch, optimizing tooling and setups for hard-metal components.
