Design and maintain manufacturing process prints and tooling using CAD. Lead APQP meetings, manage engineering change orders, drive process optimization and automation, create SOPs and work instructions, and manage program schedules and customer/vendor interactions to keep programs on time.

Develop and launch 4/5-axis machining processes from workholding design through CAM programming and simulation. Collaborate with QC on inspection processes and support shop floor personnel during part launch, optimizing tooling and setups for hard-metal components.
