KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED and 1 year experience in a financial related role. Computer literate (Word/Excel)
  • Experience in writing business correspondence, high attention to detail and the ability to problem solve, multitask, and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred:

  • Intermediate to advanced SAP experience

Essential Duties

  • Implement new chargeback pricing requests

  • Process renewals for existing chargebacks and resolve vendor chargeback discrepancies

  • Responsible for the automatic chargeback renewal process

  • Research pricing issues

  • Work cooperatively with the Pricing Lead to resolve issues and answer questions

  • Complete special projects as delegated by Supervisor

  • Keep Supervisor informed both verbally and in writing of issues within assigned area of responsibility

  • Perform other duties as assigned
