Job Description
You will report to Cluster Marketing and Communication Manager in delivering a coherent, consistent marcom experience for our audiences of Minor Hotels in Sri Lanka (Anantara Peace Haven Tangalle, Anantara Kalutara and AVANI Kalutara, NH Bentota and NH Collection). You’ll help build our resorts' image through property-level communications under the leadership of the Marketing and Communications Manager. From crafting digital and social media strategies to supporting PR efforts, you’ll play a vital role in engaging our guests and enhancing their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, and social media channels.
- Coordinate and support on-property promotions, with a special focus on Food & Beverage (F&B), events, and guest engagement.
- Manage online reputation by engaging with guest comments on social media platforms and responding thoughtfully.
- Work closely with the PR team to distribute press releases, organize press activities, and build strong relationships with local media.
- Assist in content creation, digital asset management, and marketing collateral in line with brand standards.
Qualifications
- A Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field with 2+ years experience in marketing, digital media, or hospitality marketing.
- Proven experience with digital advertising, PR, and social media management.
- Hospitality marketing experience is a plus!
