Cloudblue is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our Sales and Revenue processes. This role will involve working closely with various teams to ensure accurate and timely management of things like sales processes, billing operations, and revenue recognition. If you’re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing sales operations, this role might be a great fit for you!  

Your role: 

  • Maintaining high levels of process efficiency and data quality:Accuracy matters! Youll monitor data integrity and process efficiency to support the sales and finance team.  

  • Troubleshooting and refining sales processes and systems:Youll work behind the scenes to improve sales and revenue flows, rules, and processes, ensuring smooth operations.  

  • Assist in the setup of new projects and ensure best practices for revenue recognition and accurate forecasting. 

  • Prepare weekly reports for the Professional Services and assist with the Forecast Revenue Processes. 

  • Assist the Finance and Professional Services team with billing tasks. 

  • Analyze weekly forecasts, identify gaps, and follow up with relevant stakeholders. 

  • Participate in the month-end closure process. 

 

What You Bring to the Role: 

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, understanding and experience in SaaS is a strong preference.  

  • Bachelor’s Degreewith a solid analytical and technical background. Potential fields: Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 

  • High level of English and Spanish proficiency (written and verbal). 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert and demonstrates accuracy and execution discipline.  

  • Strategic thinker combined with attention to detail with a track record of developing and executing successful Sales Operations.  

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment with different time zones.
