We are looking for a Cloud Technical Project Manager to drive customer success and cloud adoption within an AWS federated platform environment. This role will assist application teams and business units in migrating workloads to AWS, troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring seamless integration with cloud services. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in AWS, Terraform Enterprise, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cloud Adoption & Migration Support: Assist application teams in adopting AWS federated landing zones and migrating applications to AWS.
• Technical Guidance: Provide hands-on support for AWS services, landing zone configurations, and platform enablement.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Support: Help teams adopt Terraform Enterprise for infrastructure provisioning and troubleshooting.
• CI/CD Troubleshooting & Support: Assist in debugging CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows, and DevOps processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption: Drive cloud adoption efforts through strong interpersonal skills, proactive engagement, and knowledge sharing.
• Communication & Collaboration: Provide clear, concise written and verbal communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile & DevOps Implementation: Advocate for Agile and DevOps best practices, ensuring streamlined cloud operations and deployments.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
• 15+ years of experience in cloud technical project management, customer success, or cloud adoption roles.
• Strong understanding of AWS landing zones, services, and platform operations.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform Enterprise to support app teams in cloud adoption.
• Experience in CI/CD troubleshooting and DevOps automation workflows.
• Proven ability to engage, communicate, and drive adoption with diverse technical teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts effectively.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps processes, and cloud transformation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
• AWS Certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer, or equivalent).
• Experience working with multi-cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with ITIL, cloud governance, and compliance frameworks.
