Leidos CIO services currently has an opening for a Cloud Systems Analyst role to join our Hosting Services Business Enablement team. In this role, you will leverage your broad experience of cloud services such as Azure, AWS, Google and On-Prem to ensure customers are onboarded successfully end-to-end and that all processes and workflows supporting onboarding are optimized and efficient.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Leverage SAFE Agile practices to coordinate with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, execution of user acceptance, and may coordinate testing and system controls.
- Contribute to the development of solutions and automations to technical needs, workflows, issues and problems based on customer requirements
- Support the onboarding of customer technology solutions into Hosting Services, from consultations to sustainment.
- Support, track and facilitate the completion of hosting onboarding support tickets in the CIO central operations queue
- Identify gap and enhancements in the onboarding process and contribute to the optimization and implementation of these enhancements.
- Brief customers on Hosting Services capabilities including Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google) and On-Prem data centers.
- Work closely with Solution Architects on customer requirements and technical solutions
- Communicate with internal and client project team members.
- Work to influence team members regarding solution design, process, and/or approaches.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline and 4+ years of relevant technical experience in cloud computing. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Prior experience must include 2+ years in one or two public clouds: Azure, AWS or Google.
- Have broad understanding of cloud services such as Azure, AWS, Google and On-Prem Data Centers.
- Hold at least 1 professional level certification in AWS or Azure.
- Demonstrable knowledge of systems engineering and architecture framework concepts and ability to apply these concepts throughout significant engagements
- Strong foundational knowledge of technology concepts including cloud operating models, networking, security, compute and operating systems.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels of staff and management.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, develop relationships, and obtain consensus among interested parties.
- Ability to develop peer networks across an enterprise to maintain technology awareness and to support the resolution of problems.
- Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS/Azure Solution Architect certifications
- Experience with SAFe or other Agile Methodologies for planning/documenting work.
- Worked in an ITIL environment.
- Experience with Splunk, PowerBI or other observability tools.

Pay Range:Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
