Overview

As a lead Solution Architect for Blue Yonder’s EDI Cloud Services Team, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement B2B solutions leveraging EDI standards, including EDIFACT, while staying at the forefront of our latest B2B innovations. You will act as the key functional liaison among customers, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and third-party consultants, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of EDI onboarding solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Manages multiple EDI engagements across Blue Yonder’ s strategic Cloud customers
  • Collaborate with global teams and regional counterparts to ensure timelines and quality of EDI enabled services
  • Defines and establishes new continuous improvement plans within Managed Services for EDI Onboarding
  • Ensures EDI and Project teams adheres to Edi standards, procedures, and EDI best practices
  • Create and maintain onboarding documentation to provide customers and trading partners to interface with current TMS solution.
  • Manages client issues, escalating to appropriate parties as needed.
  • Manages EDI Cloud Services engagements including interactions with client project team and client executives.
  • Provides leadership and motivation to team members
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, as warranted by the situation in critical times or to manage customer escalations
  • Able to take On-Call escalations

What we are looking for

Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working with EDI standards and Edifact
  • 2+ years Project management experience or similar role
  • Exceptional customer service Orientation
  • Current or prior experience as a project manager working with a management consulting organization or Transportation Manager Solution preferred

Skills:

  • Strong business analysis skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills require

Education:

  • Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Operations Research preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degree

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
