The Cloud Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting cloud‑based integrations between enterprise platforms, SaaS applications and cloud services. This role serves as the technical integration lead across cloud platforms, APIs, and data services, ensuring secure, scalable, and well‑documented integrations from design through production and service handover.
Your Role:Cloud Integration Design & Architecture- Act as the technical point of contact for cloud integrations between business platforms, enterprise IT, and external/vendor systems.
- Design cloud‑native integration architectures using APIs, event‑driven patterns, and secure data exchange mechanisms.
- Assess integration feasibility and create cloud integration design proposals and plans aligned with enterprise standards.
- Lead cloud integrations across project phases including assess, define, implement, test, and monitor.
- Coordinate onboarding of cloud APIs, data services, and interfaces with platform and solution teams.
- Drive integration development and configuration across lower, test, and staging environments.
- Drive API and data validation testing for cloud integrations, ensuring performance, resilience, and security.
- Monitor integrations in production and proactively identify risks or degradation.
- Support incident resolution by performing root cause analysis and proposing corrective or preventive actions.
- Provide post‑go‑live and hyper‑care support for cloud integrations, including escalation handling.
- Manage integration incidents, problem tasks, and escalations using ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools.
- Collaborate with service support teams to ensure operational readiness and stability.
- Create and maintain cloud integration documentation, including architecture diagrams, API mappings, and configuration details.
- Ensure complete and compliant handover to service support, maintaining audit‑ready documentation repositories.
- Follow enterprise documentation and quality standards for integration delivery.
- Strong experience with cloud‑based API integrations and modern integration patterns.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., API gateways, identity/security concepts, eventing).
- Experience integrating enterprise data models and SaaS applications.
- Understanding of security, authentication, and compliance considerations in cloud integrations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain cloud and integration concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to influence technical decisions and collaborate across platform, IT, and business teams.
