The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, is responsible for setting up the infrastructure, administrate and maintenance of cloud need needs for all Automation and Digital products AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure areas .

This position reports to the Senior Manager-  Digital DevOps and Cloud Operations and is part of the Automation and Digital – Software Engineering team located in Bangalore, India and will be an on-site role to cover EU and US regions.  At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Design, create, and maintain a broad range of cloud-based systems and services, aligning them with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Collaborate seamlessly with engineers and developers to integrate cloud services, fostering an environment of shared knowledge and growth.
• Ensure the security, efficiency, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure, keeping abreast of the latest developments in cloud security and performance optimization.
• Develop and implement robust disaster recovery solutions, preparing for various scenarios to ensure business continuity.
• Proactively monitor system performance, using data to anticipate issues before they arise and troubleshoot any issues that do occur.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant industry certifications will be considered a plus.
• 5+ Years of experience the relevant field, certifications in AWS cloud administrator or architect is preferred
• Proven experience in cloud infrastructure development, preferably with major platforms like AWS, or Azure. Extensive experience with other platforms will also be valued.
• Deep understanding of cloud security best practices, with the ability to implement these principles in real-world scenarios.
• Develop and deploy software updates and patches using our preferred tech stack of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Azure etc.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Amazon AWS cloud
• Microsoft Azure Cloud
