- Provide Level 2 support for cloud infrastructure and production environments
- Provision and manage cloud resources (compute, storage, networking)
- Configure VPC/VNet, load balancers, DNS, and SSL certificates
- Manage IAM roles, policies, and access controls
- Monitor cloud environments and troubleshoot performance issues
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Support Docker and basic Kubernetes environments
- Integrate cloud resources with CI/CD pipelines
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and documentation
- Support cloud migrations and UAT to Production cutovers
RequirementsQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure support
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with VPC/VNet, load balancing, IAM, and cloud monitoring tools
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of cloud security best practices and encryption standards
- Experience with CI/CD integration and Git workflows
- Experience in AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP, with solid knowledge of cloud networking, IAM, automation, and monitoring
- Can work Fully Onsite at Ortigas
