What will help you succeed- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and familiarity with cloud-native tools like ArgoCD (or Helm)
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and practical experience with tools such as GitHub Actions or Harbor
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Crossplane, or CloudFormation) and an automation-first mindset
- Knowledge of AWS (or other major cloud providers) and containerization concepts
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and platform teams to improve delivery pipelines
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in an agile environment, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and internal customers
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve processes
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Crossplane or advanced Kubernetes operators
- Familiarity with shell scripting
