Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Cloud Engineer to join our Cloud Evolution team, Team of Cloud & Tech Foundations tribe.
The responsibility of this team is to evaluate, analyze and support other teams for deploying Cloud solutions considering best practices and company standards and our way of working is exploring Cloud usage to provide the capabilities required for next Bank challenges as: resilience and scalability, time to market reduction, new technologies adoption, variable load cost control and data and AI platform acceleration.
Collaboration is key, both with other departments, Agile/scrum is the way of working, you continuously improve, learn, and stimulate each other’s professional development.

Your key responsibilities:
As a Cloud Engineer you will:
Positively contribute to have a hybrid cloud strategy, establishing the basis for working with Cloud solutions in line with Head Office and Architecture guidelines.
Evaluate best destination, Public or Private Cloud for new solutions or assets to be migrated.
Accompany and support other teams on the onboarding and implementation of Cloud solutions.
Be the reference for questions related to Cloud solutions.
Independent thinker with functional and technical ability to execute follow up and advise where necessary on identified gaps.
Keep our environments safe & secure following internal & regulatory rules.
Teamwork player accustomed to communicating, co-working and establishing healthy relationships with diverse stakeholders (inside and outside the country).
Idler mindset focused on automation (thinking out-of-the-box how to avoid manual and repetitive tasks)
Resilient to work under pressure as well as working in high pace environment.
Able to deal with the ambiguity of delivering fast and on-time as well as deliverables are audit ready and regulatory accomplished.

You have knowledge working with Cloud, especially Azure and GCP.
You have knowledge about how to use pipelines.
Able to automate using scripting.
You have knowledge in Infrastructure as Code (desirable Terraform).
Some knowledge in Monitoring tools
Operating systems: Windows and Linux
Containers
Fluent in Spanish and English
