Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Consultant to lead and implement security projects focused on cloud infrastructure and security strategies within AWS environments. This role requires strong technical expertise in AWS, cloud security, identity management, and automated remediation. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to design and implement security solutions, focusing on improving cloud security posture through tools like Wiz CSPM, along with providing actionable recommendations for addressing security gaps
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership and Deployment:
Lead and oversee the deployment of cloud infrastructure, security solutions, and cloud computing strategies.
Ensure seamless project execution and implementation of security best practices across client AWS environments.
Client Collaboration & Solution Design:
Collaborate with clients to evaluate their current cloud environments and propose tailored technical solutions that enhance security.
Assist clients in verifying the successful deployment of security uplifts, focusing on AWS environments integrated with the Wiz CSPM tool.
Security Analysis & Technical Solutions:
Provide prioritization recommendations on CSPM findings and design technical solutions to address AWS-specific security challenges.
Focus on identity management, role-based access control (RBAC), and other entitlement discrepancies that should be assessed by CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management) or CIEM (Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management) tools.
Automated Remediation & Compliance:
Develop and modify auto-remediation scripts using Python to ensure continuous security compliance.
Implement automated remediations within AWS Lambda functions to address and correct insecure configurations in AWS environments.
Technical Expertise & Tools:
Utilize experience with regular expressions (RegEx), SQL, or similar languages to analyze and secure data effectively.
Leverage technical expertise to modify and deploy solutions that automate the remediation of security vulnerabilities.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Translate security policies and procedures into business impacts, ensuring clients understand the importance and implications of security measures.
Identity Management Services:
Work with clients to identify, suggest technical solutions, and validate the implementation of security improvements, particularly around AWS Identity Management Services
