Governance & Security: Implement security controls, IAM policies, and compliance guardrails (such as NIST or RMF).

Required Skills & Qualifications
Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP services.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Experience: Typically 6 to 10+ years in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or cloud engineering.
Certifications: Often requests AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Expert credentials.
Cloud Architect must have a minimum of five years (5) of experience in Cloud Architecture including designing, executing, and supporting IT cloud solutions. (AWS, AZURE, or GCP)
Cloud Architect must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience with cloud Migration patterns, (Rehost, Refactor, Replatform)
