Operate and drive straight, articulated, and special-purpose trucks to haul personnel and materials. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules; perform preventive maintenance, trip inspections, and emergency roadside repairs; record cargo, service hours, distance traveled, and fuel consumption. Must be hired from the local union hall, hold journeyman qualifications and vehicle-appropriate licenses, and meet U.S. citizenship/certification requirements. Work week is 60 hours.

Lead process engineering for DOE/DOD projects including nuclear or energetics system design, safety requirements implementation, PFD/P&ID development, equipment sizing, process simulation, project execution from FEED to EPC, discipline leadership, proposal support, and quality reviews. Travel ~25%; PE preferred and must obtain DoE/DoD clearance.

Lead and execute project controls tasks including scheduling, cost management, forecasting, EVM quality reviews, WBS and schedule development, progress measurement, reporting, data analysis, client-facing reports, and field audits. Support implementation of reporting data warehouse, mentor stakeholders, assist financial systems updates, and identify/mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Develop and revise training by performing task analyses, designing objectives, and creating classroom, computer-based, and OJT training and assessments for operations and engineering staff at Hanford. Support emergent training assignments, complete monthly status spreadsheets, and coordinate with Operations and Engineering Training Managers to ensure training meets requirements.

Provide lead engineering support for EPC projects including control systems design (PLC/DCS/SIS), specifications, calculations, procurement support, vendor submittal review, construction administration support, P&ID and HMI representation, SPI database reporting, and cross-discipline coordination to meet scope, cost, and schedule.

Perform intermediate-complexity I&C engineering for EPC projects: develop and review specifications, perform analyses and control-systems sizing, create instrument datasheets and P&ID support, design PLC/DCS/SIS logic and network configuration, support procurement, vendor submittal reviews, and construction administration.

Lead project controls to ensure projects meet budget and schedule: set up planning software, create WBS, develop schedules, cost reports, cash flows, forecasts, and EVM. Perform schedule analysis, resource loading, material takeoffs, field audits, change order reviews, and support project teams and audits.

Serve as Area Lead Designer for EPC projects, producing and checking complex 2D/3D electrical designs, coordinating with disciplines, supporting procurement and construction, performing material take-offs and advanced electrical calculations, and mentoring junior drafters.

Perform intermediate-complexity process engineering for EPC projects: develop specifications, perform calculations, support procurement and construction, coordinate disciplines, produce P&IDs/PFDs, participate in HazOp/PHAs, and ensure compliance with DOE and applicable codes.

Implement change management, develop costing rates in PeopleSoft, produce monthly financial reports, design integrated controls, and provide technical leadership and training for project controls across complex construction and operations.

Train maintenance staff to create, update, and maintain schedules in Oracle Primavera P6. Develop and manage Plan of the Day/Week/Month, support preventive maintenance scheduling, outage planning and outage management, optimize sequencing and resources, and institutionalize P6 scheduling practices into the maintenance program.

Lead control systems engineering for EPC projects: develop and review specifications, perform analyses and sizing, design PLC/DCS/SIS/HMI architecture, prepare instrument/control documents, support procurement and construction, coordinate multidisciplinary technical issues, and supervise engineers and designers.

Lead and coordinate process and mechanical engineering for EPC projects: review construction documents, develop and review P&IDs, prepare calculations and specifications, design mechanical systems and equipment, support planning/design/construction/startup phases, and use CAD tools while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local codes (including DOE orders).
