Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of project controls and financial systems for large, complex projects. Build cost/schedule baselines, WBS, spend plans, variance analyses, forecasts, and mitigation plans. Maintain costing rates in PeopleSoft, apply CAS/FAR, direct special studies, develop business system requirements/tests, and provide technical leadership and training to project controls staff.

Implement and support Procore and other technology solutions to improve project delivery. Document and optimize business processes, run proofs of concept, train stakeholders, evaluate and deploy tools, build vendor integrations, and present technology strategies at conferences. Collaborate with project teams and IT to drive efficiencies and new service offerings.

Lead project controls for large construction projects: manage scheduling, cost control, forecasts, reporting, WBS, EVM, risk management, audits, and client presentations. Provide training, field audits, forensic analysis, and coordination with project management, accounting, procurement, and contractors.

Lead project controls: set up and maintain planning software, develop WBS, schedules, cost reports, cash flows and EVM. Support procurement, change orders, audits, field audits, material takeoffs, and project forecasting while interfacing with PM and accounting teams.

Lead project controls and scheduling activities: validate Primavera P6 schedules and WBS, produce reports and data warehouse outputs, manage cost/schedule integration, conduct field audits and forensic analysis, lead IPPMs, train staff, and interface with project management, clients, and contractors to ensure accurate schedule and EVM forecasting.

Lead process engineering for DOE/DOD projects including nuclear or energetics system design, safety requirements implementation, PFD/P&ID development, equipment sizing, process simulation, project execution from FEED to EPC, discipline leadership, proposal support, and quality reviews. Travel ~25%; PE preferred and must obtain DoE/DoD clearance.

Lead project controls functions to keep projects on budget and schedule: set up planning software, create WBS, build schedules and cash flows, run reports, manage cost control and EVM, perform field audits and forensic analysis, and support procurement and construction planning for electrical transmission and distribution projects.
