Role Summary

We’re looking for a highly driven Cloud Alliances & Partner Operations Specialist to join our growing partnerships team. In this role, you will manage AuxoAI’s cloud partner ecosystem operations across AWS, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks, ensuring compliance, certifications, funding readiness, and strong co-sell engagement processes.

This is an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of cloud partnerships, sales enablement, and strategic alliance growth, while contributing directly to AuxoAI’s global partner-led business expansion.


Responsibilities

• Own and manage AuxoAI’s profiles, listings, and presence across AWS, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks partner portals.

• Drive completion and ongoing maintenance of all compliance requirements, including competencies, specializations, certifications, and partner tier obligations.

• Build and maintain a centralized compliance tracker covering partner programs, deadlines, renewals, and milestone requirements.

• Map certification requirements aligned to partner competency and tier goals, assign ownership, and track team completion progress.

• Mobilize internal teams to complete required certifications, training modules, and assessments within defined timelines.

• Define and operationalize repeatable processes for identifying, applying for, and tracking partner funding programs such as AWS MAP, MDF, POC credits, and equivalent initiatives across cloud partners.

• Create funding request templates and educate the sales team on available partner programs and engagement workflows.

• Own end-to-end submission and tracking of funding requests, from initiation through approval and closure.

• Serve as the operational bridge between AuxoAI’s sales teams and the cloud partner ecosystem.

• Conduct regular syncs with internal stakeholders, track open action items, and enable co-sell readiness across teams.

• Engage cloud partner Account Managers and ecosystem stakeholders to initiate co-sell conversations and schedule joint customer meetings.

• Identify and connect with vertical heads and industry leads across cloud partners to support joint go-to-market initiatives.




Requirements

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 4–8 years of experience in cloud partner operations, alliances, partnerships, or cloud business development.

• Mandatory hands-on experience working within an active AWS Partner ecosystem, including APN portal management, ACE pipeline processes, and partner funding programs.

• Strong experience managing cloud partner compliance, competency frameworks, and certification roadmaps.

• Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution across sales, leadership, and technical teams.

• Strong process-oriented mindset with experience building trackers, workflows, templates, and governance mechanisms.

• Experience engaging with cloud partner Account Managers, PSMs, and ecosystem leaders.

• Exposure to GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks partner ecosystems is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
