Job responsibilities

- Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate project planning and risk synthesis (e.g., drafting plans, RAID, and status narratives), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project or program outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Monitor project progress, adjust plans and schedules as needed, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle
- Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for project governance artifacts and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support technical program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
- Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve
- Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies
- Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes
- Strong understanding of technical domains such as cloud architecture (AWS), MQ, Kubernetes, resiliency and high availability patterns, and application development, with proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle—including influencing decision makers and adapting to evolving business needs.
- High Level understanding of concepts like microservices architecture, load balancing, auto-scaling, and disaster recovery patterns, and defining and tracking SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), with hands-on experience using tools such as JIRA for project tracking and delivery and expert MS Office skills, particularly in Powerpoint and Excel.
